Ilya Raykhlin’s career in commercial real estate began at the Calgary office of the largest independent commercial real estate brokerage in the world. He initially specialized in the sale and leasing of downtown and suburban office space.

With a desire to expand his practice, Ilya eventually moved on to become an Associate Broker with the largest independent industrial real estate brokerage in Calgary.

When an opportunity arose for Ilya to become affiliated with one of the fastest growing commercial real estate brands in the world, he accepted the invitation and joined the Commercial Division of RE/MAX House of Real Estate.

Ilya possesses the in-depth market knowledge and hands-on experience that enable him to provide innovative real estate solutions to his growing list of clients.

With a formal education in computer sciences, Ilya is better able to understand the needs of modern industrial tenants, a growing number of whom require buildings that can accommodate evermore sophisticated and automated equipment. That same knowledge also allows Ilya to consult modern office tenants who now frequently require computerized equipment such as data banks and fiber optic networks.

Ilya’s former career has included senior management roles with two technology firms and a business consultancy, and he has previously served as a Combat Engineer with the former 3rd Field Engineering Regiment of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves.

He is also involved in fundraising for the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation.
